Ingredients: Tapioca, Salt, Sugar & Flavour Enhancer (E 621).
COOKING DIRECTION :
1. Prepare 2 frying pans
2. Pour the oil into the pans 1 and 2
3. Then put the crackers into the first pan with a heat of 80°C until it expands a little, after
expanding transfer it to the second pan with a heat of 120°C.
4. Stir the crackers in the pan until they expand a little
5. And transfer to the first pan until it expands perfectly
6. Then drain, and the crackers are ready to be served
